Canada Post Service Interruption

ARRIV Properties would like to notify tenants that Canada Post is experiencing a labour disruption, effective September 25, 2025. Mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. You can find more information on Canada Post’s website. We ask all tenants NOT to send their rent cheques and money orders by mail until further notice. Other payment options are available. In most cases, we hire a general contractor or a construction management company through a tender or a request for proposal from a pre-approved list of firms. This list is refreshed periodically through a transparent public process.

OCH/ARRIV uses MERX to notify companies about public tender opportunities. If you would like your company to receive notice of new opportunities for contractors and suppliers, we encourage you to register with MERX electronic tendering service.

In accordance to the OCH/ARRIV Procurement Policy, solicitations for proposals:

  • with a value greater than $50,000 are publicly tendered, generally via MERX
  • with a value below $50,000 are procured via various means
