PROJECT PHASES

  • PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT

    As part of its projects, OCH/ARRIV Properties conducts a public engagement process, which may involve meeting with community organizations, hosting public open houses and online engagements.

  • PLAN APPROVALS

    OCH/ARRIV Properties follows an engagement process to develop a sustainable design development plan for each property. The plan may include an affordable housing component and green spaces. Once the plan is ready, it is submitted to the municipality for review and approval.

  • SITE IMPROVEMENTS

    Once approvals are received, OCH/ARRIV Properties typically carries out site servicing and improvements. Other work may include demolishing unsafe structures and installing other municipal services such as sewers and streetlights.

  • CONSTRUCTION

    The construction phase includes physical building, landscaping, refurbishing, site clearance, and demolition.
