What does average or below average market price mean?
ARRIV’s rental prices are tied to local rental market surveys published annually by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). In conjunction, ARRIV establishes Average Market Rents for our affordable homes based on the data for our area. Below Market Rents are any rents that are less than the average determined by CMHC.

Do I have to qualify to live in ARRIV’s affordable communities?
Yes. ARRIV’s communities are designed to offer affordable living for moderate-income households. Anyone can apply. All applications will be considered equally using our affordability assessment process. Rental history, a credit check, and verification of income will be required.
